These terms govern your use of the TradeVision desktop application and the TradeVision website and account services ("TradeVision", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the software, you agree to them.
TradeVision is a Windows desktop application that places and manages trades on your own MetaTrader 5 account according to rules and limits you configure. It connects to the MT5 terminal and broker account you already control. We never hold, receive, or have access to your trading funds.
Trading gold, foreign exchange, and cryptocurrencies carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of some or all of your capital. TradeVision is a tool that executes rules you choose; it does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice, and it does not guarantee any profit or outcome. Past performance and any sample figures shown are not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, your broker relationship, and your capital. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
TradeVision is not offered to residents of the United States, or anywhere else we show it as unavailable. You are responsible for checking that trading with your broker, and using automated trading software, is permitted where you live. We may refuse a sale, or suspend a licence, where we believe it is used from a place we don't serve.
We take payment only through the methods shown on our website and in your account: PayPal outside India, and UPI arranged through our official WhatsApp number in India. We never message you first, never send UPI "collect" requests, and never ask for OTPs, passwords or screen sharing. Payments made to anyone else are not payments to TradeVision.
TradeVision runs on your computer and depends on your PC being powered on, your internet connection, your broker, and the MetaTrader 5 platform — none of which we control. We aim to keep our licensing and update services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeVision and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your licence in the preceding 12 months.
We may update the software and these terms; material changes will be posted here. You may stop using TradeVision at any time. We may terminate access for breach of these terms.
