Try before you buy

Every customer gets a 7-day free trial of the full application before paying anything. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to confirm TradeVision works for you, your broker, and your computer before purchasing a licence.

Subscriptions

TradeVision is sold as a yearly licence. Payment is a one-time charge for the 12-month period; it does not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel — your licence simply ends at expiry unless you choose to renew.

Refunds

• Because a full 7-day free trial is provided before purchase, licence fees are generally non-refundable once a licence has been issued.
• We will issue a full refund for a duplicate or incorrect charge, or where a refund is required by law.
• If a technical problem on our side prevents your licence from working and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, contact us — we'll make it right, which may include a refund.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (PayPal, or UPI to the account that paid), typically within 5–10 business days depending on the provider and your bank.
