Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information TradeVision collects and how we use it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run your account, licence, and support.

What we collect

• Account details you give us: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, and mobile number.
• Licence & activation data: your MT5 account number and server, and hashed hardware identifiers of the PC you activate on (we store one-way hashes, not your raw hardware IDs).
• Payment records: the amount, currency, date, and a payment reference. Card and bank details are handled entirely by our payment providers (Razorpay, PayPal) — we never see or store them.
• Support messages you send us.

What we do NOT collect

We do not receive your trading funds, your broker password, or your trade history. Strategy decisions run on your own computer. We don't track your browsing across other sites.

How we use it

• To create and manage your account and licence, and to verify your email.
• To deliver your licence key, updates, and payment confirmations.
• To provide support and important service notices (by email, WhatsApp, or phone using the numbers you provide).
• To detect and prevent licence abuse and fraud.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers needed to operate: our payment gateways (to take payment) and our email/hosting infrastructure. We do not sell your personal information.

Security

Connections use TLS encryption. Passwords are stored as salted hashes; licence keys are stored encrypted with a key kept separate from the database; hardware IDs are stored only as one-way hashes. Signing keys and secrets are kept outside our public web servers.

Retention & your rights

We keep account and licence records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting us; we'll act on reasonable requests consistent with our legal obligations.
